1 Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of the ShaadiProblems website, Customer Portal, connected Assessment application and the services made available through them. By creating an account, accepting these Terms, placing an order or using a service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice in force at that time.
The contracting service provider is Good People Solutions Private Limited, with its registered office at 402-A, 4th Floor, Dharam Karan Road, Ameerpet, Hyderabad-500016, Telangana (we, us or ShaadiProblems).
If a service-specific description, booking rule, cancellation term or checkout disclosure conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific term shown and accepted before purchase controls for that service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
-
You must provide accurate information, use an email address you control and keep your account secure.
-
One person may not impersonate another, access another person’s assessment or report, or transfer an account or service right without our written approval.
-
Sign-in codes are confidential and must not be shared. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
-
We may pause access to investigate security, fraud, safety, legal or payment concerns while preserving records required by law.

In-person services are offered only in listed cities and remain subject to professional availability and venue confirmation. The Complete Assessment is delivered online. Services may be delivered by our employees or by appropriately contracted independent professionals.
4 Complete Assessment
The Complete Assessment is a single paid service comprising two compulsory modules in sequence: Personality followed by Marriage Readiness. It may include an individual report, an optional partner journey, a couple report subject to both partners’ separate consents, and one guided session where stated in the order.
-
The assessment is for reflection, education and guided discussion. It is not a diagnosis, medical or psychological treatment, legal advice, a prediction of marital success, or a guarantee of compatibility.
-
You must answer for yourself. We may refuse or invalidate a journey affected by impersonation, automated answering, tampering or material misuse.
-
Scores and reports are generated using the version and rules identified in the system. We do not promise any particular result.
-
A partner place permits the invited partner to complete their own assessment. It does not give either partner access to the other’s answers or individual report.
-
A couple report is created only when the required linking and report-sharing consents are current. Safety information is not included in individual or couple reports.
-
If a service right ends, you may lose the ability to continue modules or create new reports. Reports already generated remain viewable unless access must be restricted for security, law or an approved deletion request.
5 Counselling and guided sessions
Counselling and guided sessions provide structured support and reflection. Unless a service is expressly described as clinical care and delivered by a qualified clinical professional under separate terms, it is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis or emergency care.
You remain responsible for your decisions. A professional may recommend that you seek medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safeguarding or emergency assistance outside ShaadiProblems. We may reassign a professional where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee a specific professional, outcome or reconciliation.
6 Prenuptial Platform Coordination
The Prenuptial Platform Coordination service covers workflow, intake, scheduling, administration and document coordination only. ShaadiProblems does not provide legal advice, represent either person or prepare or certify a legally binding agreement as a law firm. Each partner must have a genuine opportunity to obtain independent advice from a separate lawyer. Lawyers contract with and invoice their clients separately; their fees are not included in the platform price. No document is guaranteed to be enforceable, and legal effect depends on applicable law and individual circumstances.
7 Safety and emergencies
ShaadiProblems is not an emergency service. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service. Do not rely on the platform, email or a scheduled session for urgent intervention.
Certain answers or messages may trigger a private safety workflow. We limit access to authorised personnel and do not include safety responses in reports. Where permitted or required by law, we may act to protect a person from serious harm, comply with lawful process or make a safeguarding referral. We cannot guarantee that every risk will be detected or prevented.
8 Prices taxes and payment
-
Advertised prices exclude applicable GST unless expressly stated otherwise. Checkout shows the base price, GST components and total payable before you confirm the order.
-
For current India sales, billing is in INR. Tamil Nadu billing may attract CGST and SGST; other Indian states and union territories may attract IGST, as calculated from the billing information supplied.
-
Payments are processed by an authorised payment provider. We do not receive or store full card, bank or UPI credentials.
-
A service right begins only after the payment provider verifies payment and our system matches the order, amount and currency, or after an authorised complimentary grant.
-
You are responsible for accurate billing and GST information. A GSTIN may be format-checked but is not represented as government-verified unless expressly stated.
-
Sandbox transactions are tests, confer only test rights and are excluded from invoices, revenue, tax and statutory reporting.
9 Cancellation rescheduling and attendance
-
A session may be moved or cancelled without consuming it until 24 hours before its start time, subject to available slots.
-
A session may ordinarily be moved no more than twice.
-
A cancellation within 24 hours, or a missed session, counts as used unless an authorised staff member records a waiver for exceptional circumstances.
-
If we cancel a session, we will restore it or offer a reasonable alternative.
-
Booking rules, professional availability, city coverage and venue arrangements shown in the Portal apply to each booking.
10 Refunds
Refund eligibility is assessed against the service status, work already delivered, sessions used, reports generated, third-party costs and any service-specific refund disclosure accepted at checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable consumer right or remedy for deficiency, non-delivery, misrepresentation or an unlawful charge.
-
A full refund ends all unused rights connected with the refunded purchase. Reports already generated remain viewable unless law, security or a valid deletion request requires otherwise.
-
A partial refund does not automatically end all service rights. The refund record must identify any particular unused component being withdrawn.
-
Used sessions, completed work and separately incurred professional or third-party costs may be deducted where legally permitted and disclosed.
-
Refunds are returned through the original payment method where practicable. Payment-provider and banking timelines may apply.
-
The ShaadiProblems Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms and provides the service-specific cancellation, unused-component and refund rules.
11 Partner invitations and sharing
A purchaser may invite one partner where the purchased service includes a partner place. Invitations are personal, single-use, expire after the period shown and must be sent only to the intended recipient. The invited partner must use a different verified email address. Invitations and places may not be sold, transferred or reused.
Partner linking and couple-report sharing require separate, revocable consents. Withdrawal may stop future sharing or report generation but cannot always reverse disclosures already lawfully made. Individual answers, safety information and individual reports are not shared merely because two accounts are linked.
12 Customer responsibilities
-
Use the services lawfully, respectfully and only for their intended personal purpose.
-
Do not threaten, harass, record without permission, misuse confidential material, attempt to identify another customer, interfere with security, scrape content or reverse-engineer protected scoring and assessment material.
-
Do not upload material you lack the right to use or provide false payment, identity, professional or safety information.
-
Attend sessions in a private and safe setting and follow reasonable instructions for online or in-person delivery.
13 Intellectual property and permitted use
The platform, assessments, questions, scoring rules, interpretations, reports, designs, software, brands and content are owned by or licensed to ShaadiProblems and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and view your permitted reports. You may download your own report where the platform allows, but may not publish, sell, train a model on, reproduce, benchmark or create competing material from protected content without written permission.
You retain rights in content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure and deliver the requested services, comply with law and exercise the permissions described in the Privacy Notice.
14 Professionals and third parties
Contracted professionals are subject to confidentiality, access and service requirements, but may exercise independent professional judgment within their engagement. External lawyers and other independently retained providers are not our agents for the advice they give. Cashfree, email providers, hosting providers and other technology suppliers operate under their own terms where applicable.
15 Availability changes and suspension
We may maintain, improve, correct or temporarily interrupt the platform. We may suspend a feature, service or account where necessary for security, safety, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse or material breach. We will take reasonable steps to preserve completed work and communicate material service changes. Dispute Resolution is Coming Soon and is not available until expressly opened.
16 Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided with reasonable care and skill, subject to availability and these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee relationship outcomes, compatibility, marriage, reconciliation, legal enforceability, uninterrupted access or the conduct of another person.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-waivable statutory responsibility. Subject to that rule, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in this section limits a mandatory consumer remedy.
17 Complaints and support
Contact support@nirji.com for service, payment, privacy or accessibility support. Consumer grievances may be addressed to JA Khan, Chief Grievance Officer, at support@nirji.com or by post at 402-A, 4th Floor, Dharam Karan Road, Ameerpet, Hyderabad-500016, Telangana. Privacy grievances may be addressed through the same contact or as stated in the Privacy Notice.
18 Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. You retain all rights to approach a competent consumer commission, court, regulator or statutory authority. Subject to non-waivable consumer rights and the jurisdiction of any competent statutory authority or consumer commission, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the services.
19 Changes to these Terms
We may publish a new version when services, law or processing changes. The current version and effective date will be shown in the platform. Where a change materially affects your rights or an ongoing service, we will provide appropriate notice and request fresh acceptance when required. Earlier versions and acceptance records remain preserved.
